SPK PEEK Series
PEEK, as an advanced engineering plastic, plays an important role in weight reduction, effectively extending component lifespan, and optimizing component utilization due to its excellent machinability, flame retardancy, non-toxicity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

High Temperature Resistance
PEEK resin has a high melting point (334℃), a high glass transition temperature (143℃), and a continuous operating temperature up to 260℃. Its 30% GF or CF reinforced PEEK resin has a load-bearing heat distortion temperature as high as 316℃.
Flame Retardant Properties
PEEK resin is a very stable polymer; a 1.45mm thick sample can achieve the highest flame retardant standards without the addition of any flame retardants.
Self-Lubricating Properties
PEEK resin has excellent sliding properties, making it suitable for applications with stringent requirements for low coefficient of friction and abrasion resistance.
Radiation Resistance
PEEK has good radiation resistance and peel resistance, making it suitable for manufacturing special-purpose magnet wires.
Hydrolysis Resistance
Products made from PEEK resin and its composites maintain good performance even after continuous use in high-temperature, high-pressure water.
Processing Performance
PEEK resin has good flowability and a high high-temperature decomposition temperature, and can be processed through injection molding, compression molding, extrusion molding, blow molding and melt spinning.
