Multi-Segment Ring

For fans & blowers, a precision mechanical seal ring in tree or more carbon segmental pieces. 

The segments are locked and rounded out with a garter spring to form a ring, which constantly adapt in providing optimum wear resistance, self-alignment capability, and sealing effect.

Segmental ring seal is engineered and tested for its minimum shaft friction and for its less power consumption.

• Multi-Segment Rings : The sealing ring assembly inside cartridge consists of  3 or multiple segment rings made from carbon graphite which had excellent performance of dry running.

• Low Electric Power Consumption : Comparing to gland packing and greatly reduce shaft wear and power consumption.

• Self-Aligning : Segment rings are energized to do self-compensation by outside springs when abrasive wear introduced. 

• High speed rotary equipment like fan and centrifuge.
