Single Seal for Sealing Highly Abrasive Applications
CarLife®99SSQ™ and CarLife®99SSQD™ are specially engineered mechanical seals designed for slurry pumps. Their sturdy construction allows them to endure erosion, corrosion, and abrasion caused by solid particles, fibers, or impurities, while maintaining consistent sealing performance.
Features the inclusion of quench port, drainage port, bushing, and V-Rings or other types of rubber components on the atmospheric side of the seal. Moreover, the circulation system and cartridge transmission structure are designed integrated, providing insulation, cooling, and lubrication functions.
