Mechanical seals for pulp pumps in paper mills
Today, our engineer visited one of Taiwan's largest pulp and paper mills to work with the on-site team in addressing ongoing shaft seal leakage issues on their pulp pumps.
The current use of gland packing across most pumps has led to ongoing challenges-excessive leakage, water consumption, and frequent maintenance.
To solve these issues, we recommended upgrading to our Scenic 99SSQD and SU299 cartridge seals, purpose-built for slurry pulp applications. These mechanical seals have already demonstrated proven results at several leading pulp mills, significantly enhancing sealing performance, reliability, and environmental efficiency.
